| Tyrannosaurus Rex was one of the largest carnivorous dinosaurs that ever lived. A T. Rex could be up to 40 feet long from head to tail and up to 20 feet tall. A large T. Rex could weigh as much as 7 tons or 14,000 pounds. With over 50 sharp bone crushing teeth, that could be as much as 9 inches long, and a jaw that measured up to 4 feet long, T. Rex was a fearsome sight to see. |

Tyrannosaurus is one of the most famous dinosaurs ever discovered. The name Tyrannosaurus Rex means "King of the tyrant lizards". |
